We welcome you to Thomas Jolyffe and we aim to provide you with information that will help get the process started for your child(ren) to start at our school.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about your child starting school with us by emailing admin2052@welearn365.com to contact our main school office.

Once your child has had their place confirmed, please complete the various forms below.  We use these to help us collect information that we will need from you before your child starts school with us.  Links to each are below:

Please take a moment to complete these forms.  We have also included a link for Coolmilk, please follow this and register with CoolMilk if you would like your child to receive milk when they are at school.

For all new pupils, we must see their birth certificate or passport.  Please ensure you bring this to the school office either on their first day or any time before they start with us.
