What is Forest School?

Forest school is a unique way of building independence, self-esteem and a positive attitude towards learning in children and young people as they explore and experience the natural world for themselvesChildren learn in a free, natural and safe environment allowing them to use their senses to explore the world around them. Children develop their self-confidence, resilience, physical ability, co-ordination and team work as well as building many other life skills as they grow into adults.

Our Forest School site is within the school grounds.
