Hello again, well done for making it half way through the week! For today’s English lesson, you will need to read/watch chapter 5 ‘The Arithmetic from 35 minutes and 30 seconds to 42 minutes and 46 seconds. In this chapter, we are learning more about Mr Wormwood’s dishonest business as he is making a lot of money selling his broken cars. Imagine you are Mr Wormwood and you need to try to sell one of your cars through an advert. You could create a video advert that would be shown on TV or a poster that would be found in a magazine.
In your advert try to include:
- Descriptive language
- Pictures/Images
- Price
- Outline car details (mileage, colour and condition)
