To help you think about transitioning into year 5 with Mrs Anderson, Mrs Evans and Mrs Woodhead you might like to be busy with the transition activities we have planned for you.
Once you have completed them, keep them in a safe place ready to bring with you for when we start back in September.
Activity 2
Lots of you will be meeting your new teachers this week and you probably have lots of questions ready to ask them. If there are any questions you would like to prepare them with, then pop it into the contact form below and your new teacher will answer them at your transition meeting. If you have already met your teacher, you may have a question you forgot to ask or something might have come to you since. Likewise, if you are not coming in for a meeting, this is a great way to ask your new teacher absolutely anything! Just write your question in the box and your new teacher will get back to you by email.
Your questions can be about anything, so do not hesitate - no question is a silly question! You might want to ask about Year 5, find out a little more about your teacher and their hobbies or even just see if they know they answer to your favourite riddle...
Activity 1
Your 1st activity is all about yourself. Your new class teacher would love to hear about you as a person, your likes/dislikes and interests.
Complete the 'I am Unique' fingerprint, sharing lots of information about yourself. In the resources section you will find an example and a template. Feel free to make your own no bigger than A4.
