What is light?

 

In this lesson we are going to learn about light and dark. We will learn where light comes from and how we can see it. We will also learn about what causes things to be dark. You will need a piece of paper and a pencil.

 

Note - Throughout the video you will notice that the teacher refers to you as Year 2, please don't worry! This is a Year 3 topic that meets the Year 3 Science objectives.

Extra Challenge Activity

For an extra challenge you could make a list of all the light sources you can find around your home (you don't need to turn them on or light them.)
