FSM Supermarket Vouchers

It has been announced that children eligible for free school meals will benefit from a national voucher scheme allowing them to continue to access meals whilst they stay at home. You have to be in receipt of benefits-related free school meals for this. Universal Reception, Year One and Year Two meals do not apply. This scheme is only applicable during term time.

If you choose to sign up, we can now provide every eligible child with a weekly shopping voucher worth £15 to spend at supermarkets while schools are closed due to coronavirus. We will also continue to offer packed lunches for collection on site, but if parents request to sign up for the voucher scheme, they will not be entitled to both.

The vouchers can be spent on food at a range of shops including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and M&S, with the Department working to get more shops to join the scheme as soon as possible.

Once this form is submitted, you will be placed on the list and your email vouchers will be sent on the Monday of each week to the address you submitted.
