L.O. To explore the value of coins and notes in the UK
Today you will be working with the money used in the UK and exploring the different coins and notes. It would help you to look at examples of these coins and notes if you have them at home (although you probably won't have some of the higher values ones). There are two short videos for you to watch before you move on to the worksheets. The questions are also available on a PowerPoint which may help you to see the coins clearly.

L.O. To develop a positive and healthy mindset.
In the last year, there have been lots of changes to the way we live our lives. Sometimes it's hard to remember what we used to do before this virus and things like lockdown, parents working from home, some of us not allowed to go to school while others are but in different class bubbles. I think everyone has felt fed-up at times but today we are going to try to develop a positive mindset.
1. Watch the Assembly below - this was created for Children's Mental Health Week. It's quite long so watch half today and half tomorrow. Think about the messages it is giving you.
2. Look at the Covid-19 care cards on the document below. You can either make your own or print these out. During each day, we would like you to complete one of these for the next few days. Record all the great things you are doing no matter how large or small.
