LO: To reason using multiplication and division

Today's lesson gives you the opportunity to apply what you have learnt about multiplication and division. There is no video today because it's a game that you can play with the person who is taking care of you and helping you with your home learning. If you cannot do this straight away, do not worry, ask them if they can help you play it later in the day. The instructions on are the website and you can either draw yourself a

0-20  number line or print off the sheet.

It is important to play the game more than once. Try to think of a strategy for winning. Maybe after a game or two where you play against your partner try to work together to come up with a winning strategy.

Have fun!

LO: To practise using formal conjunctions.

In this lesson, we will practise how to use a range of formal conjunctions correctly in our writing. There is a printable worksheet with the sentences you need to complete in the lesson, so you can just write in the appropriate conjunctions.

If you don't want to watch and take part in the full lesson above, below is a more succinct version just on slides for you to read. It also has the answers on it to the sentences you need to write. Below also are the suggested answers on their own if you have completed the sentences.

L.O. To understand the importance of having rules

In this Oak Academy video you will learn about different types of rules and the law in the UK. Pause the video quickly when asked a question and write the answers in your book. At the end of the video you are asked to make a set of rules for yourself at home. Try to include a rule about how much leisure time you spend on the 'screen' each day. This will help to make sure you find time to enjoy other leisure activities which are needed for a healthy and balanced life. This is important.

Below is the video we watched in this morning Teams meeting. Re-watch it if you couldn't hear it or see it.
‘Children are captivated by their learning’, ‘The well-being of pupils is at the heart of the school’, ‘School is a calm place - pupils are polite, courteous and well-mannered’
