Mindful Moments

 

This is the place to come to help you relax.  If you'e having a day when you're feeling annoyed, frustrated or just not yourself, try one of the Mindful activities.  Don't worry grown-ups, the children will tell you want mindfulness is.  Even if you think you're feeling okay, a bit of mindfulness everyday is a great way to keep yourself feeling well!

Grown-ups, don't be scared or embarrassed about trying a few mindfulness exercises.  If our Reception children can do it, so can you.  Believe me, give it a go and you'll be convinced!  Go on!

Trolls | A Cosmic Kids Yoga Adventure!

After you've worked up a sweat with Joe Wicks or TJ's PE Activities, try some calming and strengthening exercises with some yoga. This Troll themed, 30 minutes session should get you feeling grounded, while having some fun! Learn some yoga poses and, like the Trolls, bring some happiness into the world!
