Today we explore making and recognising equal and unequal parts. We will be looking at real life objects, shapes and quantities to find the all important equal parts. Have fun!

Today we are going to explore fractions outside. First, we will collect 20 items before splitting them into equal groups/ parts. We will then discuss how the groups correspond to the fractions 1/2, 1/4 and 1/3.
