Tuesday 12th May

Hello year 5!  We hope you’re all ok.  A few years ago in school, a class Mrs Anderson was teaching sent birthday cards for the Queen for her birthday.  Did you know that if you sent a letter to the Queen, she will always reply back to you?!  It does take a while, but it’s a lovely thing to do.  Why not send Her Majesty a letter, telling her what you’ve been doing during lock down and what or whom you’re missing?  You can write to Her Majesty at the following address:

Her Majesty The Queen

Buckingham Palace

London

SW1A 1AA

You should open your letter “Madam” not Dear Queen!  Why not give it a go?!

Monday 11th May

Good morning year 5, we hope you are well and that you’ve had a good Bank Holiday weekend?  How many of you celebrated VE Day?  Please email some photographs to your class teacher, and we’ll put them on the website if you have permission.  Have a look at the messages too – if you would like to send in a short video “hello” please feel free to email us.  It needs to be quite short  (NO BIGGER THAN 75mb) otherwise the file will be too big to upload!
