Hygge Friday ☕️

Welcome to hygge Friday!
Hygge (pronounced hue-guh) is a Danish word used to acknowledge a special feeling or moment. It can be ordinary or extraordinary but is always cosy, charming and special.
In Denmark people consider hygge their national identity, it is an attitude to living.

           💫relaxed 💫sense of togetherness 💫simple pleasures 💫slow life 💫coming together

                                💫building relationships 💫being present 💫comfort

On hygge Friday we would like you to enjoy the day and connect with the people you live with. We will suggest activities for you to try but we will also welcome your own hygge ideas.
Enjoying hot chocolate together, snuggling under blankets sharing a book, playing board games. Trying to step away from your screens.

We would love to hear and see how hyggelig your Friday is 😊

Let's Get Outside!!

In PE today we are still trying to keep you off those screens - so no cosmic kids this week!   Instead we would like you to build yourselves an obstacle course around your garden or your house (if you are allowed).  Think about different ways of travelling or moving.  You could use something as a marker to remind you what to do. for example:  Do ten start jumps when you get the big rock.
