Lesson 3 - To summarise the story so far.
Today we are going to start looking at summarising the story so far. When you summarise something, you are outlining the main points of the story or information. So I would like you to start summarising the story of Fantastic Mr Fox by creating a story map of the main parts of the story so far. This could look similar to a text map that we have created at school; I have attached an example of a story map of The Three Little Pigs for you to have a look at. To challenge yourself, you could add a short sentence to each picture to explain what the image represents. We would love to show your story maps on Teams so please do send them through to us!
