Lesson 2 - To identify different character's thoughts and feelings.

To start our lesson today I would like you to read/listen to chapters 3 and 4 of Fantastic Mr Fox. Miss Thomas has recorded this below. Some of you may have the book at home and choose to read it yourselves, whichever way suites you best. Once the chapters are finished, I would like you to think about each of the following character’s thoughts and feelings:

  • Boggis, Bunce and Bean,
  • Mr Fox,
  • Mrs Fox,
  • The 4 fox children.

I would like you to outline each character's thoughts and feelings, this could be through a drawing or you could write out both for each set of characters. I have attached a worksheet below to give you a suggestion of a layout. You could either print or copy it if you wish. I hope you enjoy this task, let us know how you get on.
