Extension: Get artistic! Can you make a scene from How to Train Your Dragon?

See attached document for ideas:

Friday 12th February

Today we would like you to take some time away from the screen. This is the end of our ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ topic so we would like you to retell part of the story ANY WAY you like.

You do not have to retell the whole story, you could choose your favourite scene and write a descriptive paragraph about the events of that scene. You could create a puppet show to retell part of the story or write a different ending for the film. Maybe you would like to create an animation or stop motion video or act out your favourite scene. You could even write a poem about part of the story or design a comic strip for one of the scenes.

There is no right or wrong way to do this, we look forward to seeing all your creative ideas!
