Need a bit of a distraction from your English and Maths lessons? Fancy a sporting challenge? 

You have come to the right page. Neil and his son from 'Coolsportz' have put together a fantastic resource for you and all the family to get involved in, using minimum equipment that can be found at home. 

Each week they will be setting a weekly challenge which will be posted on here.
